Mike has done two projects for our home, and both have been fantastic results. It's a little crazy to get work done in your house in a covid world. One of the things I was worried about is just the professionalism of the people doing the job. Mike and his team were fantastic. They always wore masks, they practiced social distancing, they limited their movement in the house to just the areas needed ... everything made me feel like they were taking my (and their) safety seriously. We needed a whole house (attic) fan installed. It's pretty hot in Irvine this year, and the fan is saving us a ton of money in electrical bills. Our installation was tricky, because we needed a new access in the ceiling opened up. Mike and his team finished that project in a single day. That was a few weeks ago, and the fan has been flawless since. My wife and I work from home for now - our second project was to add a few interior walls to create a new office space from what was a (kinda useless) sitting room in the front of the house.
